Bob Dufour is Director of Pharmacy, Professional Services and Government Relations for Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. He is responsible for working with the State Board of Pharmacies nationwide on compliance issues and regulations.  In addition he works with State and Federal officials in development of Health Care Legislation.  He partners with the Drug Enforcement Administration nationally and locally on the methamphetamine problem in our country and the prevention and detection of Drug diversion from pharmacies.

Other responsibilities include providing guidance and direction on the professional practice of pharmacy to over 11,000 pharmacists.

He also works with State Medicaid Directors to provide effective and cost efficient prescription programs.

Bob currently serves on the Arkansas State Board of Pharmacy, National Association of Chain Drug Stores Policy Committee, Wal-PAC Advisory Committee and various State Drug Store Associations.

He previously served on the National Pharmaceutical Association Advisory Board and the Government Affairs Committee for the National Association of Chain Drug Stores

Bob is a graduate of Northeast Louisiana University College of Pharmacy.  He is also a member of the University of Florida Pharmacy School Board of Advisors and a Member of the University of Louisiana @Monroe Pharmacy School Board of Advisors.
