The 2015 strategic plan is the result of the collaborative efforts of the entire faculty and administration of the COP.  In late summer 2007, a committee developed an initial draft of the strategic plan, which was then edited and ratified by the entire faculty at the Jan 2008 retreat.  Further edits were made by a team consisting of the Dean’s council and the two strategic plan committee co-chairs, with the final result in April 2008.  Additional updates to our progress on each item will be posted as they become available.
