a. Develop an effective faculty development program which addresses the three areas listed below.

b. Develop strategies to provide essential equipment which is deemed necessary to conduct quality research programs. c. Reestablish a continuing education department at the university level which will provide support for the school's continuing education programs throughout the state of Louisiana as well as the United States.
